At Lumotis, we take pride in offering products that improve the health and comfort of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Lumotis standing desk or any other product purchased from our website, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a fair and smooth process.

Return Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our standing desks and ergonomic products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the original packaging. Any product that shows signs of wear and tear, or has been assembled or altered, is not eligible for a return.

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

    2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) that must be included with the returned item.
    3. Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Be sure to include all parts, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.
    4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
    5. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If it meets the conditions for a return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your product for another item, we can assist with this. The new product will be shipped to you after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the new product is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that your Lumotis standing desk or another product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement product or issuing a full refund, depending on your preference.
